A six stacker.

So tonight we had stacked enchiladas. We had these growing up all the time. It's a corn tortilla, refried beans, and cheese. That's one layer. Then you cover the whole thing in enchilada sauce. Yum. I don't remember a time where anyone in my family ate more than a four layer. Even Gage, who can put it away like no one's business. Well, tonight I met the record breaker(s). My husband and Daniel Christensen both successfully ate a six layer stacked enchilada. I'm so proud.
