It's Robin Hood I want!!!

Ask us how cool Sherwood Forest is and we'll tell you it's AWESOME!!! We headed to Nottingham this weekend for the annual Robin Hood Festival. It was great. I felt like I stepped back in time. I swear, some of the "characters" looked as though they had never seen a dentist, hadn't showered in months and really spend their whole lives making pots and slingshots. We saw Robin Hood and Maid Marion. In fact, we made it to an amazing jousting tournament where the hero himself first knocked The Sheriff of Nottingham off his horse and then made completely sure he was dead . . .Pretty entertaining. Gav has found someone new to idolize. I feel like he's really growing up when he drops Thomas the Tank Engine and picks up Robin Hood. *Sigh*
