You know those days.

Everything seems to go your way.

I mean.

Everything.

Like.

Sledding.

At 9:00 in the morning.

Cold.

And foggy.

But, oh, so fun.

And then.

I got to hang out with one of my awesome Beehives.

Her dad owns 18 horses.

A fact I did not know before today.

And she wants to be a doctor when she grows up.

Amazing.

Then.

The first, ever, Cafe Rio opened in Denver.

I know, right?

And to make it better . . .

TODAY.ALL.MEALS.WERE.FREE!

So my whole family ate for $2.05

You don't believe me, do you?

I thought you wouldn't.

I don't blame you.

I wouldn't either.

Told ya.

And I guess the word got out because we saw friends from another Ward, met a new friend in my Stake, and the Sister Missionaries.

Next we moved on to the one and only Sees in the whole state of Colorado.

But guess what?

IT'S CLOSED!

So I was pretty sad.

But I guess that saves me from gorging, right?

Right.

Still a good day.

And we finished at a friend's house for dinner.

Kids were well behaved.
Food was delicious.
Games were fun.
