.

So.

It's Halloween.

It's time to reveal the costume(s) in full.

I know.
You can hardly contain your excitement.

Riiiiiiight.

Well . . .without further adieu . . .

Drum roll please . . .
The Dixon Family
as
The Judiciary System

Spencer:The Judge
Jordan: The Warden
Gavin: The Police Officer
Reese: The Convict

Here's how it all started . . .

Gavin had the most opinion.
(since he is the only one that can talk out of the two . . .).
He reeeeealy wanted to be a police man.
And I reeeeeealy wanted to make his costume
Tradition!!!
(sing it like Tevye from Fiddler on the Roof)
So there began the process . . .
And since I'm some crazy "themer".
Oh yes, that's right. A themer.
We all had to match.
Lucky for me, I had made Reese's costume a few years ago for Gavin.
(click on that in case you forgot)
That counts, right?
Right. With my years of experience with boxes and Halloween costumes,
I was a refrigerator one year.
Nope, I'm not kidding.

I got to work.
Lucky for me, my husband is a creative genius.
Who knew???
And lucky for Gavin, our good friend is a police man.
Yep.
He pretty much made Gavin's year by letting him sit on his "bike".
And wear his helmet.
And his nightstick.
And his radar gun.
And his siren.
And his lights.

Yep, we're pretty lucky to have such great friends.

HAPPY HAUNTING!
(Stay tuned for more pics . . .)

Jordan,

Good to hear from you. I have enjoyed running into your parents at church every now and again. I also enjoyed seeing Gage just before he left for the MTC. Looks like you have a wonderful family. We went to Law School in Colorado and enjoyed living there (Louisville). Cameron and Melanie are in Aurora with their littel family. He has one more year of Dental School there.

So fun. We just need the video of him galloping around in circles waiting to sit on that bike.
