Dear Spencer,
I've missed you today. And rather than call you on the phone (that's soooo old fashioned), and because I know you thrive on my blogs while at work (wink, wink) I've decided to write you a letter.
The boys and I went to the park today. I wish you had gone with us. The weather is just how you like it. Nice and sunny but not too hot. In fact, there was a very nice breeze that would cool us off just when we thought it was getting too warm. We ate lunch and I pushed Reeser on the swings. He laughed and I laughed at him laughing. You would've laughed too. He was being pretty funny. Gav played in the sandbox. He built a huge castle with the help of Claire and his new friend Nicholas (who wore a gold chain by the way). And when it was time to go, he didn't fuss one bit. It was magical.
You will be home in three hours. I don't know if I can wait that long to hug you. Wait. You have a dentist appointment today. So you'll be home in TWO hours. Oh glory. I can't wait to see you. And kiss your numb lips. We're having Chicken parmesan for dinner tonight. I hope Dr. Auger's juice wears off quickly so that you can enjoy it. I know it's your favorite.
I hear Gavin singing 'Called to Serve'. He's having quiet time, and I don't mind that he's not being quiet. I love hearing him sing. In fact, he sang all the way home from the park today. It was a great song about all the things that he loved. You were in there. He wished you were here today too.
So hurry home, sweetheart. Your family misses you.
Love,
Jordan

So sweet! Feels a little funny reading your love letters but I loved the shout out to the Dr. I would write him a blog love letter too if he would ever log on to read it :)!
