Rough 'em up, rough 'em up, GO CU!!!

We decided to attend our annual University of Colorado football game today. We only make it to one or two a year and that's enough for me. College football games have taught me a thing or two about life:
First: There's no such thing as too much alcohol. And Spencer made a good point: Over half of the student population is way too young to drink. Yet, the stench of boos would prove otherwise.
Second: There's nothing funnier than a guy walking around (in 50 degree weather) wearing nothing but a barrel. Nothing.
Third: Band members live in world of their own. Good thing they have each other.
*No offense to any of my band member friends. But c'mon guys, you know it's true.
Fourth: Gavin and Reese sure were cute in their CU attire. Maybe a little too cute. A definite red flag when up when I turned around to see two twenty-something guys gooing and gahing over my sweet baby. Not so cute anymore.
Fifth: Nothing is more fun than family time at sporting events.

That's Rockies Manager, Clint Hurdle (Spencer wanted to shake his hand . . .he was only like 50 feet from us the whole night.).

And yes, it's true, we got our little black and gold bums handed to us tonight . . . .

How fun for you guys. I love that you go to sporting events with the kids...what great memories for them. I also think your kids look GREAT in their CU 'get-up'. ..and I have to agree with the comment before...naked men in barrels...hmmm...kind-of gross. ;)
