I woke up this morning to a Christmas card. Yes, everyone, it is October and we have about 5 inches of snow outside. What's even more shocking is that this is our third snow of the season . . . What in the world is going on? And I thought we were suppose to have an Indian Winter! Guess not. I really don't mind the snow. It makes for a beautiful view out the window and fun for Gavin. We've lived here for just about 4 and a half years and we've seen some pretty good storms. But I have to say, the storms that do the worst damage are the ones in April and October. The snow is heavy and wet and it totally destroys our trees.
So now I'm getting to the point. Since winter has come early this year, I'm moving up the holidays. The snow has gotten me in the Christmas spirit and I still have two whole months! We will be celebrating Christmas and Thanksgiving on November 25th. So if you could please get us our presents by then, that would be great. Does anyone want to come have Christmathanksgiving at our house???
