Ahh.

I'm feeling pretty refreshed today.

I slept really well last night.

In fact.

It's probably the first time in 2.7 years that I've not had something/someone on my mind.

(Girls Camp 2010)

Maybe you're wondering why.

What a weird feeling.

I mean.

I'm so happy that I had the opportunity to get to know these girls.
And I mean really know them.

Know their
thoughts
feelings
crushes
habits (good and bad)
talents
weaknesses.

Seriously.

They were like my own children.

In fact.
Sometimes I felt like I knew them better than my own children.

I'm so sad that I won't be spending my time with them anymore.
Sundays.
Girls camp.
Thursdays.
Temple trips.
Ski days.

I'm really going to miss them.

I mean.

I'll still see them.

I just won't be one of them.

I'm so excited for my new adventures.

I'm the new Primary Chorister.
Which is ironic and funny really.
I have about 0.00 musical talent.

But I am goofy.
And not afraid to make a fool of myself.

So I guess we're golden.

It sure will be fun to spend time with my boys every Sunday.
And Thursdays.
And random week days.

Let's be honest.
I'll have lots more free time.

But oh, how I'll miss those girls.

They're super at making you feel like a million bucks.

Really.

After saying goodbye on Sunday.

 My cup is full.

One more thing.

See this picture?

That's me.

And Sister Mott.

On my wedding day.

She was one of the best Young Women leaders I ever had.

So with all this releasing stuff . . .

I have a feeling it's not really over.

Your mom was one of my young women leaders who I will always remember and cherish. I'm sure the gals you were able to serve with will always remember you. :) You're awesome like that. :)
