Feeling flabby?Bring your kid{s}
{preferably one with five-year old energy}
and hang out on the tramp for a bit.
Trust me.
Every muscle will ache.
And believe me when I say
You will hardly wait for bed time.
***Caution***Do not attempt front flips,
seat-drop wars,
or back flips.
We aren't under the age of 15 anymore, people.
Your vertigo will thank me.

Jordan, I'll challenge you to a back-flip contest anytime...
How funny! What a fun mom you are, to actually get up on the trampoline. I kinda am the type to just stand off to the side and make encouraging remarks.
"Jump and twist...yeah, that's it!"
:)
Jordan, no one's buying your bit about back flips. We both know you just busted one out about 2 hours ago and it was awesome. Next time, you better get Gav to record it so we can all see it online.
I've got the boy with tons of energy! I always wondered why my mom didn't enjoy jumping on the tramp with us....after having kids, i now realize.
i remember us swinging on the swings and feeling like i needed one of spencer's anti flying patches. i can't even look at a tramp without feeling sick to my stomach.
I don't know about you, but getting more than 3 feet off the trampoline makes me pee my pants. I'd hold it in if I could folks. Yeah, I can't jump rope anymore either.
Dang those kids!
I think I'll leave the jumping to the kids.
You kill me!
