Dear Spencer,

I know you're so busy today . . .so this'll be short.
It's been a while since I've written you a letter.
Shame on me.

Here's how today unfolded.
And since I'm doing laundry, that's very appropriate.

Reese spilled his milk [again] at lunch.
"Don't cry over spilled milk".
Probably said by a man . . .
No offense.
. . .that didn't have to clean it up at every meal.
Just a hunch.
He, however, was fascinated at the dripping.
We're cleaning today.
Joy.
So you'll have a nice clean house to come home to . . .
I think I'm going to try stuffed shells tonight for dinner.
Wish me luck.

And.
Thank you so much for my fabulous Christmas present.
I don't think I've told you how much I LOVE it.
Shame on me again.
Just so you know,
I use it every single day during that time (read BORING) between about 10:00 and lunch time.
The boys have their own playlists that they request every time I turn it on.
Lollipop.
Run, run, run.
and
Regina Spektor.
Hurry home.
It's TV night, you remember.
And maybe,
just maybe,
We'll go on a Sonic run.

Three more hours . . .

Love you,
J

Sorry to intrude on your personal letter...
"Probably said by a man..." - so true!
I love your reflection in the last picture!
I hope he's home soon and that your shells turn out great!

glad to be in on this little love note. And, thanks for the Thursday night TV reminder. Scottie's at a dinner tonight (lame). Now I can't wait for him to get home so we can watch The Office and 30 Rock. delightful. Oh, and Sonic would be good too ... would ya drop some by while you're out?

So sweet! And for spilled milk I really recommend the sham wow. I saw them on TV and they started selling them at Walgreens a month later. Totally worth it for any wet mess!

Sometimes I just walk away from a spill because I hate them so...someday I will tell you about the TANG spill of 2001. Oh that was a day to remember.
